Our friends and relatives love staying at the Stanley Oriental! The location on Stanley Main street is great with the restaurants, market and shopping plaza nearby. Our friends and relatives appreciate that they don’t stay in the city and are close to the mountains and beaches and still the city is just half an hour away. They all appreciate that it is more like a studio/apartment, rather than a hotel room, where they can eat breakfast and have some meals at home, as well as using the laundry facilities etc. The design is modern contemporary and the view is stunning.

There are a number of terrific service flats in Hong Kong and depending on what you are looking for, each of them is special. But Stanley Oriental is our favorite. The location is both beautiful and quaint. We really felt like we were part of Stanley Village and enjoyed all of the activity. Low key and fun. And, the flats are very well appointed, with tremendous views and a feeling that one could be outside, which is very difficult in Hong Kong. The service people are both very nice and fun. We will definitely be back.

Stanley Oriental Hotel est plus qu’un excellent choix pour séjourner à Hong Kong. Je peux bien en parler puisque j’y ai passé plusieurs mois inoubliables et que j’y retournerai à la première occasion! Tous les amis qui m’ont visité ont adoré la place. La formule d’hébergement est absolument sans soucis, généreuse en espaces, en confort, en services et plus!
Au Stanley Oriental on ne sent pas vivre à l’hôtel, vous avez un bel appartement ouvert sur la mer et vous vivez Hong Kong librement. Le personnel est formidable, très respectueux des rythmes de chacun. On peut accéder à pied à une variété de services.

Le réveil chaque matin est un enchantement, spécialement les fins de semaine lorsque des dizaines de surfeurs du St. Stephen’s Beach Club sont toutes voiles dehors… C’est le moment de sortir votre appareil photo!
Hong Kong est une ville excitante, laborieuse et infinie, une grande ville… Revenir en fin d’après-midi à Stanley après le bureau ou une excursion est très plaisant. On y retrouve la dimension humaine du village, le plaisir de faire ses courses au marché, de côtoyer les gens ordinaires, d’aller à la plage ou au parc, d’essayer un des sympathiques restaurants ou simplement de prendre un verre en admirant le coucher du soleil sur Stanley Bay. Stanley influence agréablement toute l’expérience à Hong Kong.

Je pense même que Stanley conserve l’essentiel de l’âme de Hong Kong. Les temples de Tin Hau et de Kuwn Yam perpétuent le modèle d’excellence, alors que les bâtiments tels que le Murray House et le Blake Pier sont emblématiques d’une certaine époque. La région offre plusieurs attraits à découvrir tranquillement et vous aurez peut-être la chance d’assister depuis votre terrasse à un des nombreux évènements sportifs et culturels. Les amateurs de sports nautiques seront enchantés!
